Fleece n Things will happily exchange for unsuitable items where notice of the intention to return item has been emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
If Fleece n Things are contacted outside the 7 day limit, we may refuse any requests for exchange.
Items exchanged will be exchanged at the retail prices/values that were effective on the date of the original transaction. Full refunds are only available on faulty items. Where a sale item has been purchased, customers are unable to exchange. For any exchanges or returns, product must be posted back to Fleece n Things at the customer’s expense & a return prepaid post pack must be included for new items to be returned to you. In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received back at Fleece n Things and deemed a manufacturers fault, and not in its state due to wear and tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt with the product.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new and unused condition, and sent along with original email invoice.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram.
